Terms and conditions
All orders must be received in writing and provide all informations required, purchases nam, address, phone and email. Modifications will only be accepted in writing.
The purchaser hereby agrees that manufacture of custom goods allows for moderate variation in result from samples showed.
A Pro forma invoice will be issued from Isabelle Bizard Lamps Ltd to confirm order specifications. Goods will be reserved or produced when the Pro forma will be returned signed.
Rush orders may incur a surcharge of cost.
OUr website is subject to changes as most of the products are unique. Isabelle Bizard Lamps Ltd reserves the right to discontinue items without notice.
All our products are made by hand and small variations may occur. Dimensions and weights are provided as a guide.
All lighting products are made using the finest materials and wiring assembly processes are carried out and monitored to the highest standards.
Prices are in Sterling and included VAT
Our preferred payment is by bank transfert. All goods ordered must be paid 50% on placement of the order and 50% prior to dispatch.
Damage and returns
Goods are not returnable unless the goods are damaged and were liable. All damages must be notified withing 3 working days of receipt of goods. Please include a photograph of the damaged item and packaging with your notification.
Any cancellation of orders will be subjected to a 50% cancellation charge.
London delivery : a charge of Â£30 per item will apply to goods deliveries within London. Item will be delivered by special courier.
UK deliveries : mainland deliveries will be quoted and organised with a courier.
Overseas destinations : will be quoted on individual basis. Separate changes may apply for country specific import certification requirements such as SASO, EURO1, ATR1, 1ECEE and Certified Invoices for customs clearance.
